the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch with a relaxing indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. the massage treatments were heavenly, and the Spa lounge was serene and peaceful. the public terrace provided stunning views of the city, and the in-room breakfast was a delightful way to start the day.

As business guests, we were impressed with the facilities and amenities provided. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The spacious rooms were immaculately clean, and the in-room dining experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location away from the bustling city center was ideal for a peaceful stay. We appreciated the close proximity to Istyne Park Mall, which offered great shopping options. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially in taking care of our autistic child. our stay at Hilton Maslak was beyond satisfactory, and we look forward to returning.

All the staff was amiable, fixed my issues. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the king room, plus a mini bar, climate control and an individual safe. Everything was simply perfect.

The room was spotless with comfortable bed and pillows, had wake-up service, that's cool.

Located in a convenient area, transportation is easy with nearby subway and taxis. Great mall is just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and modern, with helpful staff providing excellent cleaning service. A delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options and a view of the city. High-quality amenities and excellent Wi-Fi connection make for a comfortable and efficient stay.

The elevators may require additional attention.

Staff was exceptional, room was airy and the amenities were good as well. It was across the business area. The service was excellent and the food was good.

The staff were approachable and the rooms were elegant. I liked having a minibar, an individual safe and multi-channel TV. Nice facilities and the pool was good. Food was excellent and I have nothing but great memories from this trip.

Well-located for both business and leisure travellers, with shopping centres, museums, hospitals and offices in the vicinity. Good security from the entrance to the room. A quiet, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a good night's sleep.

The hotel's proximity to the metro station made it easy to navigate this city's traffic. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious. the hotel was close to one of the best trade centers in this city.

During our romantic escape, we loved the spacious and comfortable room with its classic decoration. The staff were great too answer our questions and make us feel welcome. The buffet breakfast was a favorite, with delicious options. The hotel's key location near a metro station made it convenient for exploring the city. Plus, the hotel restaurant was not only easy to book but also served super delicious meals.

There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy. the bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped.

Hilton was great. We were actually surprised with the spacious rooms and really good breakfast. Although we had a small issue with requesting water, the staff handled it promptly and professionally. highly recommend this hotel.
